Shri Krishna 3 Roller Mill or Triple Roller Mill is a heavy cast iron mill base working on shear force created by three rolls. This unit works on the principle of grinding by the action of rolls.
The raw material to be pulverized is entered into the mill from the feed hopper through automatic roll feeder. The grinding chamber consists of rollers, each of which has ploughs set in front of them. These ploughs move the material between the rollers and the pulverizing ring. As the machine rotates, the roller swings due to centrifugal force and crush the material against the pulverizing ring.
The blower circulates constant air through the mill by a series of ports thereby moving the ground, fine and medium-fine materials into the separating chamber/classifier above the grinding chamber. This allows the rollers to work efficiently. The classifier separates the pulverized and coarse materials also returning the over-sized particles back to the grinding chamber for further grinding.
The pulverized material is thrown to the cyclone collector by the flow of air. Here, the air and the final product are separated and the material is discharged for collection and baggage. The unit is equipped with dust collecting system which separates the dust particles from the final product. These dust particles are held in the tubular dust collector bags. The required clean air is sent back to the blower and excess air is rejected out through the dust collector filter bags.

Shri Krishna Triple Roller Mill is made from best quality raw materials at our site. The base of the roller mill and the Blower is made of heavy duty cast iron. The ploughs are cast out of Manganese Steel while the rollers and the pulverizing ring are cast of Carbon. Whizzer Classifier, Cyclone Collector, Dust Collector and supporting structure are made of Mild Steel Sheet. The iron nut bolts are provided additionally for wherever required in the machinery. The main shaft is driven by an internal gear box.
